Question Howto Completely uninstall and re-install...????

I have purchased an activation for the Network Magic Pro.
Great product , but after i activated my main computer and tried activating my secondary computer on the network that also had network Magic installed...I received an error instructing mt to manually enter the activation on that computer. I tried and received an error indicating the activation failed with server timing out or my firewall setting was incorrect. I re-tried this several times with firewall settings turned off and still received the same error. i have tried un-installing the Software and tried ti re- install. The re-install will not work because it says i have the latest version installed...I presume the uninstall did NOT completely uninstall the program. Now what??????? Is there an app. that will 'COMLETELY' uninstall this software so that i may re-install it and activate it with my activation key???

My additionalinfo about my situation:

Your Network Magic Version installed: 5.0.8282.0-Pure0

The type of connection to the Internet: Cable

The Brand of Modem : Linksys Wireless G router.

The Method of connection your problem computer has to the Router: Wireless.

Operating system and version: Windows XP home SP 2
Software Firewall in use: Zone Alarm Security Suite.

Include your location : Indiana

All worked fine to set up home network and corrected a connection problem between the 2 PCs. I purchased the activation key and it worked fine on the main PC but I went to activate the 2nd PC, it would not connect to activation server. After trying this several times, I tried to uninstall Network Majic and re-install. It won't allow me to re-install because it keeps saying that i have the most current version installed. I just uninstalled it using windows remove programs application and a 3rd party un-installer, but to no avail. I have searched for all related files and deleted them as well, but still cannot re-install, getting the same message.

Is there a cleaning tool from Network Majic that I can download to completely uninstall NM so I can re-install?

This is really getting to be a pain in the butt! I paid for the product but can't use it now.
Thank you.

Hi tarmin8or,

Uninstalling and reinstalling will have no effect, if the Software Firewall isn't set up correctly. That's why you are having problems.

The NetworkMagic was installed and worked properly with the Zone Alarm settings. I have Zone Alarm disabled and have went trough all steps to uninstall, even manually deleting files left labled Pure and Network Magic.
I tried to activate the NM and it gave me the error saying it could not connect with the activation server. After several attepts, I uninstalled NM. I am tring to re-install but keep getting the message saying I already have the most current version.
I want to reinstall but it's not letting me. I am getting no response from tech. support in the last 3 days.

Please note that I had this installed working fine, the problem was when i tried to activate and it would not let me. Uninstalling appearently does NOT uninstall. Now I am stuck because I can't reinstall the software again because it is still finding some file that tells the install that i still have the current version present. This is the file I need to find and delete.
Thank you
